“With a beautiful attitude comes a beautiful day”

I have always kept this advice in mind.  I think about it in my everyday life often and it has empowered me to remember that I can always make the best of any situation.  I think about this whenever I have a really hard or busy day ahead.  When I think of how my mom has always been able to work through tough times and do it with a smile on her face, I know that I will be able to do anything I put my mind to. - Kristin

These words have resonated with me throughout the years, and I apply this important message to all aspects of my life. Now, I am aware that if I am lazy or try to take shortcuts, eventually, I will have to do more work to compensate for the lack of effort. My mom has shown me the importance of hard work and it always inspires me to put forth my best effort. - Natalie

This advice has helped me remember to always stay positive and to see the glass half full. My mom is the most thoughtful and loving person I know, and I look up to her so much. She is my role model and I aspire to be as confident, courageous, and empathetic as she is. - Jessica
