I used to work so many hours and I would find myself stressed out and burned out constantly. When I actually started to take time for myself, relax and enjoy life and nurture myself more than my work it made me be more productive and effective.

I am a happier and even more productive individual because of this advice. That is all because of my mom’s love and constant reminder.

You are a true demonstration of unconditional love. I was not always a good son and I’ve made you wrong for so many years. For a long time I believed that you did not love me and despite all of that —YOU continued to pour love and faith in me, supported me, and showed me what it is to love unconditionally, never giving up even if what you give was not always reciprocated.
