Having 4 siblings, my mother always makes each and every one of us feel loved/important. She took good care of all of us equally. No favoritisms or special preference. This paved the way for a harmonious relationship with my brothers and sisters.
Growing up with this atmosphere, we (brothers & sisters) grew up respecting each others differences and we were able to develop our individuality. Our self-confidence grew because my mom never compared us with another sibling’s achievements. She remained impartial. We grew up knowing that our weakness may be another sibling’s strength. So, we respected that the members of our family will be each others pillar of strength. Each of us is an integral part of a whole. Each of us is not perfect, but when joined together as one, we were strong. So, this was put to test when we experience crisis (financial problems, death, sickness, etc.) within the family….we help each other withstand it. We know we can overcome whatever comes our way because we have each other.
Without my mom guiding us and supporting us, I might have become a weak and insecure person. With the problems that come my way everyday as an adult, I could have broken down or have given up a long time ago.

Mom, thank you for bringing me into this world….all five of us. It’s not easy, but you still managed to raise us well. I wish I could be as strong, as determined, as industrious, as all-knowing, as inquisitive, as good in the kitchen, as cool, as determined, as hardworking, as creative, as loving and patient as you! I don't know how you do it. I salute the 101% love that you have given me through the years and continue giving me everyday! My cup is filled!
I LOVE YOU VERY VERY MUCH AND I PRAY AND THANK GOD EVERY DAY FOR GIVING US — YOU
AS OUR MOST PERFECT MOTHER!
